South African manufacturer Invader has unveiled the prototype of its Viator trailer featuring an electric roof-lift system. The 5.5-meter-long model deploys in under a minute, includes a bedroom, hybrid bathroom, and slide-out kitchen, with a tare weight of 1,250 kg. The production version is scheduled for June delivery starting at ZAR 585,000.

DLM-Distribution has introduced the Mini-T HR campervan, focusing on simplified engineering in its design. The model is based on a commercial van chassis and offers compact living space for travel.

South African company Berg Offroad has expanded its caravan lineup with the CX4 model, designed for three to four people. The 17.5-foot-long caravan features a slide-out rear bedroom module with a queen-size bed, a hybrid bathroom, and a kitchen with a stove and fridge. The model, launched in December 2025, has a base price of ZAR 599,950 (approx. US$37,250).

Two new off-road camping trailers have been unveiled: the budget-friendly Invader Viator with a pop-up roof and the luxury all-wheel-drive Noovo Next based on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.

Experts recommend changing the motorhome cabin filter every year or every 15,000 km, especially after winter storage. Activated carbon filters and the FreciousPlus model trap up to 95% of fine particles, allergens and bacteria.

Two new camping solutions: Mohab ALTUS, a hardwall rooftop cabin that deploys in 60 seconds, and the Wingcube caravan concept that expands into a two-bedroom tent. Both aim to maximize interior space.
