Mohab introduced ALTUS, a hardwall rooftop cabin for pickups and SUVs with electric lift, deploying in 60 seconds. Also at CMT 2026, the Wingcube folding caravan concept expands into a two-bedroom tent, targeting 2027 release.

Mohab has unveiled the ALTUS series of hardwall rooftop cabins for pickups and SUVs. Unlike wedge-shaped tents, the design uses a scissor lift to raise the roof vertically, creating a rectangular space with uniform headroom. The cabin features an electric drive and deploys in 60 seconds.

The standard model weighs 120 kg (265 lb), the XL version 125 kg (276 lb). Compatibility is limited to vehicles with Fortis roof rails: Toyota Tacoma, Ford F-150, Jeep Gladiator, Jeep Wrangler, Ford Bronco, and Toyota Land Cruiser. Prices range from $4,869 to $6,049 depending on configuration. US sales are planned for spring 2025.

At CMT 2026, the Wingcube folding caravan concept was presented. It folds into a compact cube for towing and expands more than threefold on site, forming two sleeping areas. A prototype is expected by end of 2026, with market launch in 2027 at an estimated price of €20,000.
