Disputes and Legal Actions Over Caravan Sites Across Countries

Ashfield councillor Lee Waters (Ash Ind) has objected to a planning application to convert a residential curtilage on Nottingham Road, Hucknall, into a caravan site with nine mobile homes and a site manager's office. He noted the site is within the green belt and over 50 resident objections have been submitted. Nottinghamshire's highways department raised safety concerns, stating the current access is inadequate for two-way traffic.
