Carndonagh campervan unit to be replaced

A service unit for motorhomes and campervans in Carndonagh is to be replaced this week. The original unit was destroyed in 2017, with the new one scheduled for installation before the bank holiday weekend and summer season. Donegal County Council is also checking the operational status of similar facilities at other locations.

Outrage over dog ban at caravan park

The owner of a caravan park near Clonmany will ban dogs from next spring due to persistent waste issues. The decision will affect dozens of caravan owners who have unsuccessfully challenged it. Similar pet restrictions were implemented earlier this year on some Donegal beaches, which also faced backlash.
