Swedish vanlife stories: girl saved for caravan, couple built motorhome

Kai and Josefine König from Monheim sold their house and bought a motorhome. In 2020, they embarked on a year-long trip across Europe with two children, visiting over 30 countries. The family eventually settled in Småland, Sweden.

Minna Kinnunen founded the company 'Fjällsinnen' and switched to living in a motorhome to work remotely from the mountain regions of Jämtland and Härjedalen. She aims to become 'Sweden's freest person' by running her business from her vehicle.

In Mönsterås, Sweden, unknown perpetrators stole a 1988 Polarvagn 547 GL caravan. The theft occurred during the night of April 19-20 from a private property.
