Caravan of RVs to Hoa Thinh: Tourists Witness Post-Flood Recovery

Daihatsu Hijet converted into a compact motorhome

Japanese company Direct Cars has introduced two camper versions based on the Daihatsu Hijet. The Dune Rover model with Raptor protective coating and sleeping for four is equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, and air conditioning, but lacks a toilet and shower. The more urban PLAT version features an aerodynamic body and an enlarged kitchen area. Both models use a 660 cc engine and are offered with rear-wheel or all-wheel drive, with prices starting from ¥4.39 million.

Retiree used pension payout to buy motorhome

A retiree used part of his pension payout to purchase a Toyota Camrode motorhome for 150,000 Malaysian ringgit, imported from Japan. The Camper Rally Terengganu 2022 event gathered 76 motorhomes and caravans, with prices ranging from 50,000 to 700,000 ringgit.
